I don't know how long this has been going on for, but I just noticed it today. The footer on all my pages except the home page are formatted and appearing properly. The home page has a slider effect for the 3 main pages and then it continues scrolling into the footer. Previously, the slider on the 3rd main page didn't completely leave the screen, but now it does. AND it shows part of the footer under where the 3rd page scrolls off the screen. The result is that the "footer" screen is a combination of the last few lines of the footer followed by the entire footer (with some obviously repeated). This is really hard to read and navigate.

The first screen ("Part of footer repeated...") shows what happens if you keep scrolling to the end (duplicated content). The second screen ("Closer to correct") has the prior page that slid up stopping before it leaves the page. 

Ultimately, the better result would be if the prior page did slide off completely and if there were a solid background color like the rest of the footer behind the menu on the right.

One additional issue: when I try to edit the Footer widgets  (1 and 2) under Appearance->Widgets->Footer 1/2, the widgets don't open. I just get a swirling circle as if they're trying to load. In addition, the Widgets page has a bunch of errors at the top:
