I'm building up a site now and the mobile menu is not showing up. Anyone who could help me please? (i'm no pro, so hopefully it won't be too technical :)...).
An other problem on the same site is with the social media buttons.... Lots of them are showing up like Vimeo, etc... but Facebook and Tweeter are not showing up (even though of course I activated them...).
The "scroll up" arrow is also not displaying properly.
Please turn off Minify in W3 total plugn, instead use "Better WP Minify" bwp-minify is what I use and there's not much work you have to do. The only thing you'll need to do is remove font awesome from the minification

Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user only..
Sorry for the delay. The Font-awesome version is not getting loaded from the theme css folder . Please try deactivating the ignition deck plugin as it is likely conflicting.

I tried deactivating the ignition deckplugin (I actually deactivated them all...) and it didn't solve the problem. On top of this, as you might have seen, the website is a crowdfunding site, so I really need the ignition deck plugin. But anyway that didn't help to deactivate it :s
Please update to Salient Theme Version 5.5.1 . Also see :https://themenectar.ticksy.com/faq/3216 .
You can update your theme by downloading a fresh copy from ThemeForest, renaming the current version folder you have on your server and uploading the new.
Thanks for your message. Because the solution was a bit slow to come I hired a freelancer to fix the problems. He fixed the issues with the social icons etc, so the ticket can be closed now. Thanks again for the support.
I'm having a related issue where the text doesn't show up on the menu button. Any screen size below the 1000px default setting hides the text. Are there any solutions to this?
