I have noted that this is an GIF and not a video. Try adding it as a background image for the row and see if this resolves the issue. You can also try using a single image element to add the GIF.
I've tried adding a gif in a row but on larger screens it left aligns and not full screen, i cant seem to sigure out why since I've centered everything
