Please update to the Latest Salient Theme Version.
The current version of the theme is v17.0.4 and the current version of the page builder is 7.8.1 . Salient versions older than v11 won't be compatible with WordPress 5.5.
Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.
