    I am using Woocommerce 3.3.5 with Salient 5.1. In the checkout process the dropdown menu for "County/State" does not work and I can't let users checkout at all. I know that there are a few others that have posted regarding this issue. Has anyone figured out how to fix it yet?

    Personally I have found that downgrading Woo doesn't help at all. I still cannot get the dropdowns in the checkout process to work. Has anyone found a solution?

    Hey!

    Add this into the Custom CSS box located in your Salient Options panel :

    .woocommerce form .form-row .select2-container { display: none; } .woocommerce form .form-row .select2-container~select { display: inline !important; }

    Thanks

    I still having the same problem. If I select a Region, the next dropdown with the correct cities doesn't update, just show the cities that load before.

    Salient 14.0.3, Woocommerce 6.1.0 and a plugin for the Cities from Chile "MkRapel Regiones y Ciudades de Chile para WC"

    If I activate another wordpress template like "OceanWP" from the wordpress directory, I have no problem with the plugin, so the problem is the Salient Template

    I have to mention that I have the same problem with another web using the Booked plugin, the calendar show ramdomly the availeble hours when I click a day from the calendar. Finnally my solution was change the template.

    I really love the salient theme but it's really sad to see all those bugs with other plugins that are always necesary to complete the client needs.

    Attach a screenshot with the problem that is showing "cities" that doesn't match with the selected "Region".

    Hey Again,

    Salient does have a toggle to Turn off the "Select2" Library in the Salient Theme Options Panel -> Form Styling Section which causes these Third Party Issues.

    Have you tried turning it off and Check ?.

    @tommaso ,

    Please create a new ticket with your login credentials so we can take a look. Also do you have the Fancy Select Option turned off as mentioned in the last comment on this Thread? .

    Thanks

    Looks like i have the same issue. Thats how i found it. Adding the code plus checking on the form styling, did not help.
    Any additional idea.

    Here is the error from console:

    A span tag was parsed inside of a <select> which was not inserted into the document. This is not valid HTML and the behavior may be changed in future versions of chrome. <select name="billing_country" id="billing_country" class="country_to_state country_select " aria-required="true" autocomplete="country" data-placeholder="Select a country / region…" data-label="Country / Region">…</select>

    Same issue on other browsers like safari or brave.

    Thx for your help
