The Accent colour is not being applied on any pages that use the portfolio. It was fine before; this seemed to start after I tried using the custom css in the general settings. I've removed all custom css and cleared caches on my browser but I get the same result: ANY element (including main menu text) that uses the accent colour is not making use of the accent colour that I set.

Between two different browsers I seem to be getting different results ... Firefox is working fine (it wasn't before but now I see the dark blue accent that I set) and now Chrome has the wrong accent colour (light blue) on the home page, and different wrong accent colour on other pages (red). These are all colours that I've set in the past, but my current accent is set to a dark blue.
