When searching on Google, the favicon is not visible (as shown in the attached screenshot), but it works on Bing, DuckDuckGo, and other browsers. We have also saved the site icon, but since the theme update, it has not been showing.
And when I searched on Google Salient theme, the icon is also not appearing on ThemeForest as well. Please have a look at the screenshot for better understanding.
Since we updated the theme, the favicon is not visible only on Google, and even the ThemeForest favicon is missing.

1. Consider this as an issue. I have shown you in Screenshot 1. When I search for the Keyword Salient theme on Google, its icon does not appear. It means there is a problem with the Salient theme.
2. Consider this as an issue. I have shown you in Screenshot 2. When I search for the keyword 'ThemeForest' on Google, its icon is visible, which means the ThemeForest icon is visible here, so somewhere the Salient theme has some problem.
3. We have uploaded the site icon and the code as well. We followed all of Google's guidelines on our part, and we made some updates. We also did the indexing on Google Search Console. We did all this 3 weeks ago and waited, but the favicon still hasn't appeared. This means there is a problem with the theme. After updating the theme, it suddenly disappeared from Google. Please check screenshot 3 & 4.
4. Please trust us, we have tried everything. After 4 weeks, we found that when we search using the 'Salient theme' keyword, the icon doesn't appear, but when we search using 'ThemeForest,' the icon is visible. We have set the site icon on our end and followed all the codes as per Google's guidelines.
5. Please understand this issue by searching on Google and also checking on other browsers. You will understand the issue this way. The favicon disappeared only after updating the theme. We update every theme, and we have been using this theme for the past 10 years. This is the first time we are facing this issue.
