You can edit the header in the the wp-admin > appearance > Menus. You can further change this in the wp-admin > appearance > widgets and edit the off canvas menu widget.
As for the footer, you can change this in the wp-admin > Appearance > Widgets and edit the footer widgets.
I have 2 problems,
1 how can i change the footer of my website? (see the attachment 1)
2 how can i change the menu of my website? (see the attachment 2)

As for the footer, you can change this in the wp-admin > Appearance > Widgets and edit the footer widgets.
