    Hello,

    I'm having a problem when I try to save a template.
    I go to the “My templates” menu, give my template a name and click on “Save my template”. However, when I go to another page to apply my template, it doesn't appear in the “My templates” list.

    I was unable to enter my Envato purchase code for Salient. Sorry

    Can you help me?

    In troubleshooting the issue you've encountered, conflicts between plugins can sometimes lead to unexpected behavior. To identify the root cause, we recommend temporarily deactivating all your plugins except Salient plugins and checking if the issue persists.

    Hey Again,

    Please update to the Latest Salient Theme Version.

    The current version of the theme is v17.0.7 and the current version of the page builder is 7.8.1 . Salient versions older than v11 won't be compatible with WordPress 5.5.
