That issue occurs when your server's PHP settings are insufficient to upload the theme.zip file. You can verify the required settings in the documentation here: https://themenectar.com/docs/salient/installing-salient-updated/#:~:text=Troubleshooting%20Possible%20Errors
You can bypass altering those settings by manually uploading the extracted theme to your WordPress themes directory (wp-content/themes) via FTP.
