I am unable to disable or make edits to the automatic copyright template (© {YEAR} {SITENAME}) on our website. I have gone into Salient -> Footer and adjusted the Disable Automatic Copyright switch, but the section is still appearing on our site. I can’t see it in Frontend Editor mode, and when I delete or make changes in the WP Bakery Page Builder it doesn’t change on the dev site. Is there a way to fix this?

    Hi Marcoboone,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

To assist you better, we'd love to have a closer look at your setup and to do this, we'll need admin login credentials

(dashboard URL, username, password) to your site. This will enable us to conduct a more in-depth investigation of the issue based on your specific configurations. Would you mind sharing this with us?

If you prefer, you can safely share the access through an access plugin such as Controlled Admin Access.

Before you provide this information, we strongly recommend taking a backup of your site.

If you have any concerns or questions about this process, please don't hesitate to let me know.

    Best regards,

    Hi Marcoboone,

    Thank you for reaching out!

To back up your WordPress site, you can use a plugin like UpdraftPlus or All-in-One WP Migration pluins to create a full backup, including your database and files. Alternatively, if your hosting provider offers backups, you may want to check with them for the best solution.

Regarding admin access, if you need to share access with our team, you can create a temporary admin user by following these steps:

    1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Go to Users > Add New.
    3. Enter an email address (you can use a temporary email if needed).
    4. Set a username and generate a secure password.
    5. Select Administrator as the role.
    6. Click Add New User and share the login details with us securely.

If you prefer, you can use a plugin like Temporary Login Without Password to create a time-limited admin account.

Let us know if you need further assistance!

    Best,
