I recently purchased your product with great enthusiasm and have been very satisfied with it. However, I am encountering an issue while editing the footer. It appears that I am unable to edit it within WPBakery. After conducting my own research, I have discovered that this should indeed be possible. Currently, I can only modify it through the code itself.

Normally, this would not be a problem for me, but for some reason, I am unable to insert hyperlinks in the code. I would appreciate your advice on this matter and, ideally, a solution that allows me to edit the footer directly within WPBakery.
