You will not be able to use the "Zoom Out Reveal" Post Animation option within the Post Loop Builder settings in that language. However, if you wish to disable it only for that language while keeping it active in English, you can add the following snippet to the custom CSS box located in the Salient Options Panel > General Settings > CSS/Script Related tab.
