We recently had an attack on our site and we needed to restore the site from the site files, but using a new theme that we repurchased, because we could not find the original. The site was successfully restored, but every so often we are getting a critical error message on the back end, but also on the front end. I'm hoping you guys can help. We have an event in about 24 hrs. This is basically a hail Mary at this point. lol...

WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Salient Core.

First, visit your website (https://watchjgn.org/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://watchjgn.org/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) and check for any visible issues.

    Hi there,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Please check and ensure that the theme and plugins are up to date. Here's the documentation on the available methods for updating Salient: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/#methods.

To get a list of Bug Fixes and new Feature add-ons in the Latest Theme updates, view the change log here http://themenectar.com/changelogs/salient.html.

Try that and let us know how it goes.

    Cheers,

    Hey Again,

Are you on a shared hosting server ?.

Please check for server php errors using this guide: http://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/your-complete-guide-to-troubleshooting-wordpress/ .

It would be best to contact the hosting provider and have them look into this as they are aware of the Server Configuration Details .

    Best,
