On my Salient installation, WPBakery works perfectly in the front end but not in the back end.
I've noticed this is an issue that can occur, but I haven't found a solution in the posts discussing it.
I'm hosted on Hostinger, and I only have the Salient plugins plus 3 from my hosting provider installed.
Could you try disabling the plugins provided by Hostinger and see if the issue still occurs? You can reach out to them and ask them to temporarily disable these for you/

It was already displayed in the right-hand column, very small and collapsed—I just had to move it to the main column!
