I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out today to inquire about an issue I am experiencing with the Salient WordPress theme, which is powered by WPBakery Page Builder. The website has encountered an error, and I have included the error log in the link below for your reference.
Be aware that as of 1:46 PM (Pacific Time) April 9, 2025 -- the host is restoring the website to 2 days ago files because the website has been in complete failure for the last day as teams of web and host representatives have not been able to fix it. The restore process should be complete by 6 PM today. (about 4 hours from now).
To assist you better, we'd love to have a closer look at your setup and to do this, we'll need admin login credentials
(dashboard URL, username, password) to your site. This will enable us to conduct a more in-depth investigation of the issue based on your specific configurations. Would you mind sharing this with us?
If you prefer, you can safely share the access through an access plugin such as Controlled Admin Access.
Before you provide this information, we strongly recommend taking a backup of your site.

The current version of the theme is v17.1.0 and the current version of the page builder is 7.8.1 . Salient versions older than v11 won't be compatible with WordPress 5.5.

Tahir - Thank you. Your instructions are mostly complete. I Did upload latest Salient pluggins manually.
Additionally I was not quite able to complete the final additional task on the envato market zip pluggin where I failed to figure out the final Step 4. "Now head to the Envato Market plugin page and click on the Generate a personal token link. We’re going to generate a token from Envato that will allow a connection between the plugin and ThemeForest." I did not figure it out nor find anything resembline this on envato's website.
I end up with this page that shows so many things I will never figure this out during my lifetime. I don't want to become a coder -- i'm nothing more than an art and marketing guy. I'm realizing that I probably had no business buying Salient and going down this path. I'm thinking I should use Wix and just abandon this. My website worked for years and I've hosted some many thousands of guests at my bed and breakfast -- but this insane technical coding is just a 100 times too complex and unnecessary for me. I have to run my business not become and NSA super coder. I can't spend weeks fixing something that is rocket science and brain surgery combined. This is totally out of my league.

I just deactivated all plugins and can view all pages except the homepage.

Please contact your hosting provider and have them check the "imagick" php module as it does not seem to be working as intended.
