    It seems that the rotating text be good for a H1 for effect as well as SEO but I am not an expert and would love to hear someone with more experience confirming or denying that. 

    Static h1 text would be: Professional video production and photography in Vietnam, Seoul, Singapore, & Shanghai. 

    This is too long and doesn't look so nice as responsive. See html below. 

    Thank you for your opinion on this as h1 is very important for SEO.
