Working on a tight schedule here so I'm trying to get this fixed up.
I'm trying to change the font and size but cannot seem to do it. Every time I change it in the typography menu, it just stays the same. The same goes for changing font colors.
Mostly everything works that I've tried apart from the fonts.

Do you have custom css that could be overriding the sizes ?. Can you provide the page url and the elements that the changes arent applying.
