How to create pixel perfection slider?

    Hello I want to create exactly the same third slider as on this website:

    http://themenectar.com/demo/salient-frostwave/home-basic/

    It's called pixel perfection. I tried to import it however I am newbie, and it's not really working. I also watched the tutorial. Can some1 help me?
