thanks but they don't stick. After you save and if you go back and make an edit to the page, they are all stripped out and you need to add them all back in - very time consuming and frustrating. Have to do it over and over. I have a lot of dots on my maps. Why don't they stick?
To assist you better, we'd love to have a closer look at your setup and to do this, we'll need admin login credentials
(dashboard URL, username, password) to your site. This will enable us to conduct a more in-depth investigation of the issue based on your specific configurations. Would you mind sharing this with us?
If you prefer, you can safely share the access through an access plugin such as Controlled Admin Access.
Before you provide this information, we strongly recommend taking a backup of your site.
If you have any concerns or questions about this process, please don't hesitate to let me know.
How do I get the image with hotspot info to do line breaks? The code won't stick. See screenshot and web page.

Hello Larissa,
Thanks for writing to us.
You can add the Line break using the line break tags <br><br>.
To achieve more line break you can add more tags as shown here:
I hope this proves helpful for you. If you have any more questions or run into any problems, please feel free to reach out.
Best regards,

It is self explantory - can you get someone technical to take a look rather than me hand out access all over the place as that is your script.
Hey Again,
I am afraid the Hotspot element does not support html code and allowing it would require template level php edits: https://themenectar.com/docs/salient/overriding-salient-wpbakery-element-template-files-through-a-child-theme/
