    Hi, I need help with the video playing in the background. The problem arises on mobile devices (iPhone on different browsers) After updating the latest version of Salient the background video does not play properly. Where is the problem?  Please help - now my website looks poor.

    Could you share a recording of the error as you see it from your end? I can't see any errors from our end.

    Thank you for getting back to us.

    I tested this on an iPhone 14, and the videos are playing as they should. To clarify, are you referring to the first video in the hero section of your landing page? I have checked out the first two videos in the hero section and I can't see any issues.

    Hey Again,

    - Only Self Hosted Videos will play on Mobile.

    - Make sure they are in 16:9 ratio for the mobile to render them correctly.

    -  Convert the videos and then add them as per their appropriate file format: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/page-builder-row/#video-background .

    - Be sure to turn off this option in Salient Theme Options Panel -> General Settings -> Functionality Tab

    everything worked fine - it is possible that it is not a matter of updating the theme just the latest version of IOS on the iPhone made this error. Please check it - other sites behave the same way.
