Bad LCP on mobile

I am getting very bad LCP/rendering results for my header image, only on Mobile and have no issues with the same header on desktop.

The header image is a basic webp file so shouldn't be causing any issues, the expert care team from my hosting platform seem to think it's an error with the Theme or how google is reading the Theme.

Can you please take a look and see if you can find what the issue may be? it doesn't seem to be the image itself, but a problem with the script/structure that is creating the issues with lcp/rendering.

I also asked AI what could be the problem. They told me that the Image is set as a background image and background images in the LCP will be ranked worse by google instead of normal IMG.

    Hi Daki,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

To assist you better, we'd love to have a closer look at your setup and to do this, we'll need admin login credentials

(dashboard URL, username, password) to your site. This will enable us to conduct a more in-depth investigation of the issue based on your specific configurations. Would you mind sharing this with us?

If you prefer, you can safely share the access through an access plugin such as Controlled Admin Access.

Before you provide this information, we strongly recommend taking a backup of your site.

If you have any concerns or questions about this process, please don't hesitate to let me know.

    Best regards,

    Hey Again,

Could you remove the Privacy Popup Box and check if that makes a difference ?

Try using the Optimization plugins recommended in this Article http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/performance-optimization-guide/ and check if that makes a difference .

The Main Things are as follows:

    1. Use the Performance Lab plugin, specifically the Modern Image Formats inside of it. Once that's active, you'll need to regenerate your website images to create them in the modern formats.
    2. Use a plugin to bring your Google fonts local: OMGF is a great free plugin to handle that: https://wordpress.org/plugins/host-webfonts-local/
    3. Delay the third-party JS scripts If added [Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Cookiebot]. We don't offer any functionality in Salient to help with that. You would either need to write a script to handle it or use a plugin like WPRocket to delay them.4507035590.png

    Hey Tahir,

I already did all those steps and nothing is going to change. I am using WPRocket with the recommended setup. I am also using OMGF.

Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.
