From my observation you have imported two demos at the same time which may be causing issues:
With Salient you can only import one demo on a site. If you wish to have another demo template on your site you can use our Salient Prebuilt templates to avoid the content being overridden.
What you will have to do in this case is delete all the pages and posts that were created as a result of these demos including products, then now import one demo, then you can add templates of the other from the prebuilt templates.
