I'm having a problem with the Parallax Background in chrome using the mouse wheel when I scroll past the image its very choppy on a sub page but when im on the home page it works perfect im just very curious to how that is and if I can do anything to fix it.

You are likely using more then one parallax element on that particular page. Please disable one and it should work . This is a Chrome Browser bug.
