I too am wanting to make the sliders on my website open their links in a new window when clicked. It have the 'Salient/nectar/tinymce/shortcode-processing.php' file copied over to my child theme, but I don't know what to add or take away to the 'nectar_slider_display' function to make this actually work? Any ideas/help? Thank you!!

Hi Tahir and thanks for your quick reply.The problem is that my clients are using full slide(picture) as a link.They do not want to use buttons I am afraid :(.

Is there any chance to achieve this with slides acting as a links?

thanks for your snippet of code,which helps a bit.

My issue is that my client has got let\'s say 4 slides in one slider.Each slide also acts as a link.Some slides are taking you to internal pages(within clients site) and some takes you to external websites.My client wants to keep internal slides opening normally as you browse the page but external links(slides) he wants to be open in new window(which makes sense)

Is there any way how to target only certain slides in slider?So far I managed to get slides to open in new window but all of them - I need only the slides which has got external links attached to them.

Hi,me too.This is simple to achieve with normal slider and HTML/CSS but Iam not great with PHP.If there would be somehow possible to capture data generated by the slider and insert them into the page itself and then insert target attribute to individual slides that way - rather then insert short-code for slider in the page.

Maybe someone will find a solution some day.Thanks for your help buddy anyway.
