Hey - thanks for mentioning this, i\'ve noted to investigate it this fix has been also added into the core of prettyphoto and if so I can change it for the next update :)
Sandy, where exactly did you make this change in prettyphoto.js? I\'m going through the same ordeal but I\'m not a developer, just know enough to cause some damage!
Hi,
I've recently moved my site to new servers with SSL. Now my Vimeo popup doesn't work on my homepage from the Nectar Slider.
the problem is in the first panel on HTTPS://pinipa.com and the button "Overvie Video"
It works in Safari but not chrome. I think PrettyPhoto is trying to pull vimeo in HTTP not HTTPS and that is causing the issue.
Do you know of a solution?
Thanks
Sandy
Hey,
Try using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ssl-insecure-content-fixer/ .

Hi Tahir,
Thanks for the fast response. Unfortunately that didn\'t quite work. I will need to look into it more. And I\'ll open a ticket with the web host too.
Any other thoughts?
Regards
Sandy

Ok I\'ve fixed this.
It\'s a compatibility problem with prettyphoto.js calling the embed players from youtube/vimeo as HTTP rather than HTTPS.
I simply edited the prettyphoto.js and made both youtube and vimeo file-paths for their embed players HTTPS.
Just 2 simple edits.
It does mean however that any upgrades will fail and need to be fixed.
I hope this helps others.
