Firstly, I am not a coder so my knowledge of CSS etc. is limited. So any assistance you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Theme is up to date, WP is version 4.1.

Issue:

1) The site doesn't work on IE 10/11 (or any versions) but does on all other browsers on both Mac and PC. I know this is a common problem with a lot of sites and I did try suggestions from some blogs of inserting an additional line of code in the meta section of the header. Didn't work though.

If anyone can assist we would really appreciate it. This has been going on for quite some time and we really need to get it sorted ASAP.
