I am trying to find a detailed description and instruction on how to use this visual composer feature "width & responsiveness". all i can find is this very short (1:28 min) video by wpbakery without words (just silly music) and too unsatisfactory for explanation as you can only see a cursor wildly pointing.

maybe you can tell me either where i can find some written documentation about the use of this or explain to me how to use it? i have no idea what is meant by offset for example ...

please help?
