I can see you are using Yoast SEO plugin which does SEO optimization that also affects the preview images. After changing the image, note that the image can take some time to appear on your search preview and search engines take some time to crawl and index your site. You can give it a few hours or days for the correct preview image to occur.
Unfortunately, this is not something that we control from the theme's end, but is instead controlled by your SEO plugin. Try changing the Featured Image of the page and see if this resolves the issue.
You can also try disabling all third party plugins and see if the issue is resolved.

I'm unable to change the preview image. I've tried clearing all caches, but it's still showing an image from a previous post.
