There is a way to add a thin header at the very top of the page? Attached is an example.

I found a webpage discussing how to change the PHP file, add Css, etc. But is there a switch or option in the theme. Seems a pretty common need.

Possible Method:

There is an option is under the HEADER TAB at the very bottom of the page. The options are

1. Standard Header or 2. Header with secondary menu. Is there a screen shot or demo or example of that?

You can add a secondary top navigation by following these steps.

1. Create a secondary menu with the tabs you would like to be shown (see image attached)

2. Go to salient options and select header

3. Scroll down to the bottom and select \'header with secondary navigation\' (see image attached)
