not sure when this started but I was notified and I was able to verify that our menu button "the 3 dash graphic" does not show up in any mobile device. Even when I re-size the screen to check it the menu button is not there.
Hi, thanks for the replay. I\'m looking at our server and the files do exist and do have read/write/modification permissions. I\'m not sure why is it getting 404 file not found.
Hi, looks like Download manager plugin was the cause. Thanks for pointing out however, we do need and use download manager, is there another similar plugin that you would recommend?

Hi, I have fixed the permission errors, however the mobile menu still not showing up.

Please try deactivating the download manager plugin. It was causing a conflict in another user site as well.
Please try deactivating all third party plugins and activate them one by one as this could likely be caused by a conflict from a plugin .
