Is there any way to disable responsiveness and add CSS to keep the page from collapsing? I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have the full web page show up on android/iOS devices and not have to worry about designing around the mobile view.
In the example URL I am working on you can see when you collapse the browser or go mobile it doesnt show the full web page.

You can turn it off for the whole site in Salient Theme Options Panel .
