Salient is built to WordPress standards and is compatible with the vast majority of well-coded third-party plugins. While many of our customers use various plugins successfully, we haven't specifically tested for or received reports about conflicts with LearnPress.
Because it's not possible for us to test every plugin, we can't guarantee 100% compatibility. The best way to be certain is to test the plugin on a staging or development server. This will allow you to see if any issues arise without any risk to a live site.
