    Hi,

Having major difficulties struggling how to keep my masonry blog style looking neat.

Basically, I have added 5 blog entries with each having the same 1080x720px featured image. The problem is on my homepage, the tiles adjust the image size (squashing, cropping etc) is there any way to solve this issue?

    Hey,

Please see masonry image sizing instructions in the user-guide: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient.pdf .

    Thanks

    Hi Tahir,

Unfortunately when I\'m adding a post to the blog the options are not regular, wide, tall, wide & tall as suggested in the user-guide but instead regular, regular x2 and large featured which look totally different?

    Thanks.

    Edit:

I do not wish to have any portfolio shown on my homepage, instead I want my blog posts to appear like they do in this demo: http://themenectar.com/demo/salient-blog/

The user guide only describes the process for portfolio posts :(

    Hey Again,

Your images seem to be getting processed. Please try deactivating all third party plugins and activate them one by one as this could likely be caused by a conflict from a plugin .

    Thanks

Oops hadn\'t realised that. I have now disabled all plugins apart from Contact Form, Salient visual composer and woocommerce!

In my theme general settings under theme skin there is two options; original and ascend. Should there be one for blog?

My blog settings are set to:

    Blog type; masonry blog fullwidth

    Masonry style: Meta overlaid

I\'m assuming it is these 2 settings above that are responsible for this feature?

I have also removed 2 blog posts which leaves 3 remaining. As you can see if you check the site now, these 3 blog posts are stacked beside each other. Should they not fill the screen?

Thanks for your help Tahir :)

    Hi Tahir,

Yes I have tried that numerous times. It still looks terrible and doesn\'t look as it should which is a shame as the only reason I purchased the theme was to achieve the style shown in the demo.

For what reason would the demo be different than my theme? As you can see in this demo: http://themenectar.com/demo/salient-blog/ the blog posts correctly

    Thanks

    Hey ,

It should not be different from the demo.

Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.

    Thanks
