Critical error when activating plugins

    Hi there,

    I am having issues with a new website with Salient theme installed. I get the following error message when activating certain plugins such as Yoast, Site Kit or Woocommerce:

    There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Can you advice what is the solution? Let me know if you need access to my dashboard.

    Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this critical error and completely understand how concerning this can be.

    This issue is probably caused by the server running out of memory when activating large plugins such as WooCommerce or Yoast. The most effective solution is to increase the PHP memory limit for your WordPress installation. We recommend setting it to at least 256M (or 512M for extra stability).

    Kindly contact your hosting provider's support team and request an increase to the PHP memory limit. They should be able to apply this change quickly, and it will likely resolve the issue immediately.
