The term "clinica" seems like a text domain for the salient theme itself thus belongs to the Salient Core plugin therefore using "salient-core" and not "salient-portfolio".
I did what you told me and it doesn't change anything. I'm taking a screenshot in case I did something wrong.
I'm also trying the Crazy Translator plugin, but I'm not sure how to do it, following the tutorial. I've attached a screenshot up to the point where I got to the core.

I think I misunderstood your query.
You can change this in the Salient > Portfolio > Functionality settings:
After changing a URL slug, you must refresh WordPress's permalink structure too:
Go to Settings > Permalinks.
Do not change any settings on this page. Just scroll to the bottom and click the "Save Changes" button twice.
Try this and let us know how it goes.
