The images on our team's page don't load quite often. Sometimes when I refresh, they do load, sometimes only 1 or 2 load. Super inconsistent. I read other tickets, and they said to delete the cache and activate Delay JavaScript Execution in the Performance tab.
Thank you, I couldn't find any specific Image Optimization setting, but I did turn off Minify and Lazy Load. That seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks a lot for your guidance.

Try turning off the Image Optimization feature in the W3total cache plugin and check as its likely causing the issue .
