Is it possible to have CTA buttons on a blog header? I can see the hooks before and after the header but nothing for the header itself. This means I can add negative margins to get them ( A global CTA buttons module) floating correctly, but if the blog title changes it messes things up.

Is there a solution for having CTA buttons i the post header area?
