Our site worked fine until today. Now every page we try to load with WPBaker. It doesn't load. Just shows the wpBaker icon with the Salient icon overlayed. But the page does not load and can not be edited. When I inspect, I see the below errors.

Your hosting provider likely made an update that caused this. To fix it ensure you are running the latest version of the Salient Theme and the bundled plugins.
Please update to the Latest Salient Theme Version.
The current version of the theme is v18.0. and the current version of the Salient WPBakery to v8.6.1. Salient versions older than v11 won't be compatible with WordPress 5.5.
I have an issue here. A 3rd party developer did the site a couple years ago and did not leave us the logins they used when purcahsing this theme. In order to upgrade salient I need a login for Evato Market or TheForest and do not have these?
Since you don't have access to the original Envato account used by the previous developer, you will need to purchase a new license to access the latest theme files and updates. You can purchase a new license directly from ThemeForest here: https://themeforest.net/item/salient-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4363266.
After purchase, you can follow the manual update instructions outlined in our documentation here: https://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/#methods. Once the theme is updated to v18.0+, you'll get a notification to update all the required plugins including WPBakery Page Builder, which will resolve the loading errors you are seeing.
