I need to add over 50 items to my portfolio. Is there a way to do this quickly?

- Title
- Categories
- Project Attributes
- Custom Thumbnail Image
- Embedded Video Code

Also, while I am doing this, would it be possible to have the viewer sort the portfolio in two different ways?
One way would be the style of video. (currently shown on site)
