Hi! When I import the demo, the entirety of the demo is not being copied over to my website. For example, only select text is being copied. No animation, no images. I have also noticed that the import does not go over 72 per cent. Please help?
If the values are at or above the recommended settings, then a different error occurred during the import process. This should have been logged in your PHP error log. Could you please check that and look for any errors labeled “FATAL”, then paste them here?
Also, have you tried re-importing the demo a second time to allow it to complete?

If a demo import fails to reach 100%, it likely timed out due to your server’s PHP settings not being sufficient. You can find the required settings in the documentation here:

If a demo import fails, you can re-import the same demo to continue the process, and it should complete on the second attempt.
