    Hi there, how are you?
I'm start to use Salient theme for the first time.
I've imported this pre built layout https://themenectar.com/salient/portfolio-layered/

and I'd like to understand how to add or build or install  the FEATURED WORK  Element that I can see on this other layout: https://themenectar.com/salient/signal/
I like more this because there are links and previews about works.
Unfortunately I didn't find the right documentation about this element.
Can you please help me about how to install and how to customise this element?

    thank you Support,
    Gianfranco

    Hi mausit ,

    Thanks for reaching out! .

Try using the pre-built templates in the Salient Studio: https://themenectar.com/docs/salient/salient-studio/ .

    Best,

    Thank you, I got it.
Is there a way to manage or to do changes on "My Templates" that I've previous saved?
    Thanks

    Hello mausit!

"My Templates" are essentially static "snapshots" of a layout rather than living documents.

Looking at your screenshot, you currently only have the options to Add (the plus icon) or Delete (the "X" icon) that "Layout Portfolio Tristan" template.

To "update" a saved template, you have to follow a quick "Load-Edit-Resave" workflow:

    How to Change "My Templates"
    1. Load the Template: Create a new, blank test page and click the Templates button. Click the "+" (plus) icon on your saved template (like "Layout Portfolio Tristan") to drop it onto the page.

    2. Make Your Changes: Edit the rows, columns, or elements exactly how you want the new version to look.

    3. Save as New: Click the Templates icon again. In the "Save current layout as a template" field (the top box in your screenshot), give it a new name, such as "Layout Portfolio Tristan V2," and click Save Template.

    4. Clean Up: Once you're sure the new one is correct, click the "X" on the old version in your list to delete it.

Important Note: Deleting a template from this list will not affect any pages where you have already used that template. It only removes it from your "saved library."

    Global Sections for "Edit Once"

If you find yourself needing to change a specific section (like a call-to-action or a team grid) across multiple pages frequently, you should use Salient Global Sections instead of standard templates.

    • Why? Unlike templates, when you edit a Global Section, every page using that section updates automatically.

    • Where? You can find this in your WordPress sidebar under Global Sections.

    Hope this helps!

    Best,
