I am having problems displaying youtube video's with Salient.

Default in Wordpress you can just paste a youtube link and it will automatically display the video for you and you can then update your page and it's viewable.

However when you use the salient visual composer and use the element 'Text block' and paste the youtube code into it and then publish/preview your page then it will just only display the youtube url and not the video.

If i use the 'Video player' element from the salient visual composer and paste the youtube code into it it works. However also here are some issues as i have several youtube video's in different formats, it will display the video's in different sizes.

If i use other plugins from wordpress.org to display youtube video's and use the salient visual composer it also just renders the embedded code or the link to the youtube url. If i use the normale wordpress text editor then it works.

I disabled all my other plugins. Did not work. I reinstalled salient on a test platform. Same issues.

Is this a known issue ?

If you check the page you see the youtube url instead of the youtube.

Second :

You see the six youtube movies. I have set the \'type\' in the element on \'Full width content\'
The last youtube movie pushes up the video above and it appears larger then the other 5.

What i have noticed is that that last movie has black bars on each site where the other video\'s are full displayed without black side bars. Somehow your code zooms in on the video or deletes the sidebars and makes it larger.

I want to have the video displayed at the same size as the other video\'s WITH the black bars or at same size WITHOUT resizing. Your code is automatically enlarging the video and makes it bigger.

Hope this clarifies my question/problems.

How can i fix this ?
