On my blog when entering text into the search box in the header and pressing enter, I used to get a search results page with all posts related to the search criteria. Right now when starting to type text. results do appear in the dropdown, but when pressing enter I get an empty search results page. I'm quite sure I used to get results on that page in the past.
Some additional info ... it seems to be an issue in combination with the JavaScript to Footer plugin. Deactivating that plugin causes the search results to reappear ... but then all Javascript is in the top of the page which is causing slowdowns (according to Google Speed Test).

Hey ,
Try configuring this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-everything/ .

But why should I add yet another plugin if this used to work in the past? Has this feature been removed?
Same thing is happening even with that plugin.

Hey ,
You dont need that plugin. Simply use W3Total Cache for caching and Better WP Minify for Minification .
Thanks
