I've written for help on this issue before, and I've done all of the recommended things with regards to size of image uploaded, slider_height setting etc...
The problem is, with parallax="true" the images are still cropped vertically (cutting off heads etc) if the browser is not the right ratio on the user's screen. If we set parallax="false" the image will not crop, but then it ends up leaving a huge white space above and I can not figure out why... I've attached a screenshot showing developer tools and the div with id="page-header-bg" seems to be the culprit, but I can't find a way to override it or get rid of it either through added CSS to the page or through the Editor in wordpress.
Well, I\'ve continued fiddling with this and I\'ve gotten it to look much better by disabling parallax on the navient slider, and then I set the header on each page with this issue to 1 (pixel).
I believe I\'ve found the underlying problem that causes the website to continue cropping a little bit is that when you reduce the width of the browser, the top navigation bar becomes smaller, and only then is the full image revealed. Unfortunately, there is some overlap in the layers of the normal sized navigation bar and the header/body of the page. Unless I am mistaken, I believe this is a bug with the actual theme and not something that I can fix myself.

Alright so I created a new section on my website for fine-art panoramic photos, and I\'m having another (different) issue with cropping. Check out the original vs cropped images.

Hey,
Thanks for the detailed explanation. I am assigning the ticket to the developer so he can fix this in the upcoming release.
Cheers
