I am currently working at finishing content for a page http://blog.iwisher.pl/. I was asked to do a menu similar to that which was used in the Frostwave demo page (attachment) in Portfolio area. I cannot seem to find what plugin was used to make this particular menu. Can someone help me with this?

Its the mega menu option. You simply have to add the classes . See userguide: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient.pdf .
