First of all, thanks for the great job you did on that theme. I created several websites with it and am very satisfied with the way it works.

The problem I am having is the extended latin charset.

It is working perfectly on www.wegierskiebeczki.pl but on some other websites it is not working in any config.

I tried turning the ext. chars in default fonts but it didn't work.

I tried assigning a custom font and changed the charset to latin extended buto didn't work either.

The content is properly coded in utf-8.

I would apreciate a hint very much.

    Thanks in advance,

    Maciek.

    Hey,

I have the same problem - website http://cargo.mint-media.pl/

On one computer it loads correctly, on another - not. I have marked \"exteded characters\", I have even tried with manually setting fonts to \"Latin Ext\", without success...

    Hey ,

Try changing the fonts. Its possible that computer has local fonts installed that is causing the issue.

    Thanks

I have the same problem. This is on the same computer but in different browsers. It just seems that the whole system is messed up. There seems to be NO Logic to what the site shows...

Hi, I have updated your theme to newest one, but I still have same problem with Latin Extended - I use EXO 2 google font, and on IE and Safari spec characters are displayed messed up. Only on Chrome i see it good. How should I fix it?

Well, I think that change of the font shouldn\'t be a solution...I have other not-themenectar theme and non of this problem shows up, even that standard web-font \"Open Sans\" is fully loaded to the system. On other computers also no problem..

  • Lukas replied

Hi, I agree with Jacob, you said that your theme support google fonts. Exo2 and other fonts I use - are google fonts. Google has Extended Latin Support on their Fonts. BUT they do not work on this theme - on IE and Safari browsers (at least I know).

I use font based on your specs and the one my designer selected to represent the Brand. So i need use exact fonts i use (which are Extended Latin compatible). Changing fonts are not an option, and shouldn\'t work like that - searching for fonts which MAY work on this Theme... Or please give the list of fonts which Work (list should be included in Theme buying terms) with this theme.

Please provide any fix for this bug or please give me (ant others) instructions how to fix it myself. I am sure that such fix is included in support agreement from Themeforest.

Tahir - I love you Theme and I am grateful that you do support, but its my 5th support ticket, and most of time you fist try to push problem from yourself instead of solving it. Only after repeated requests you give some real fixes. Maybe its not true, but this is how I feel..

Hope you can solve this Font problem.

OK. The fact is that we were asking the wrong question.
The fonts are ok. Every signle one is working.
The error is elswhere. The page builder generates wrong css values for some elements.

    Test this:
In typography settings select any font that has latin extended subset and select it for every field. Create a test page with only a TEXT BLOCK and just write text. You\'ll see that it is working. Then you can style it on your own if you know how to get any results you want.

    Is that working for you?

  • Lukas replied

    Thanks Maciej

it works with test page - see attached pages.

So what should I do now? I can not use Visual composer to style my txt? Or I understood wrong?

I am not programmer and I need tool as VC to create page, I can not write code. This is why I have selected this Theme.

  • Lukas replied

Its only 1 click away: you need to go to Visual Composer settings, check Latin Ext and press save. And it works!

I guess this secret should have been revealed by Tahir.. :)
