Cannot Change Slide Images

Hi, we have created some Nectar sliders and put two together to make an alternating graphic for our main page at our www.trackernetworks.com site. Now we would like to replace one of the images being used but the "remove upload" link does not work on the Edit Slider page. We also tried creating a new slider, but the Upload button is not working on the Add New Slide page.

I have tried deactivating all plugins but that did not resolve. I contacted Nectar support with a private ticket but they stopped responding 6 days ago. Has anyone had this problem and can you help?

    Thank you! ...Jason

I am having exactly the same issue. I also contacted support via private ticket but still not response. I tried deactivating all the plugins also but nothing works.

    Hey ,

Its likely a Plugin causing a conflict.

Please try deactivating all third party plugins and activate them one by one as this could likely be caused by a conflict from a plugin .

    Thanks

    Hi Tarir,

You were the one who responded to my private ticket previously. You recommended that before and I already tried turning off the plugins (unsuccessfully). I mentioned that in the text of my public ticket below.

You then asked that I send you my credentials for our admin console and then I have not heard from you since (seven days) even though I have followed up privately twice. I am getting frustrated - seems like a bug in the theme. Can you help? Is there someone else who can help? ...Jason

    Hey ,

@jason your ticket is assigned to the developer , however have replied there as well.

You have changed the Theme name , please set it back to salient and that should fix it. See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/86fho0 .

    Thanks

Thank you Tahir, we upgraded the theme and it renamed the directory to salient (not sure how it got renamed in the first place). I tested and I can now edit/add images to slides in the console...Jason
