    I'm trying to get large (preferably I can set the size) sections of color (kind of like a parallax background). I've tried quite a few things, but I've not figured it out yet. Is there as easy way to do this?

    Also, can I make parallax background sections larger (using) visual composer (row editing)?

    You can add percentage padding in the rows.
