In The "Text Domain" field write "salient" without quotes . If you are trying to change woocommerce words add "woocommerce" in "Text domain" . The fields are case-sensitive .
Yes i did as i screenshoted here. Without the double quotes.
I tried many Original strings like Read Article, Read article, read article, READ ARTICLE and also many Text domains like salient, Salient, salient-core, Salient-core, salient core, Salient Core. And nothing's work. https://ecopresto.fr/blog/
I have finished my support 6 months time, my website is finished and I just need this change. I would like to know if there is the answer somewhere. Thanks,
Just use the plugin "Loco Translate" and then create a language file in the language you desire (i.e. EN US). Afterwards, navigate Plugins > Salient Core and search for "Read more", there just add the desired text and you would be good to go.
How can I change the text on the "Read More" button on posts? I would prefer it say "Continue Reading".
Thanks!

First of all, sorry for not answering.
remains the same, I have made the indicated changes and it does not replace the Read More
